The DEMA Team has experience in land development and subdivision engineering at all stages of the development process from concept development, approval, design, construction, and compliance. We prepare development feasibilities utilising our in-house developed software based on actual construction costs which are regularly updated when projects are completed to keep up with market trends.

The DEMA team have extensive experience in management of design and appropriate processes, from development approval through to construction. Our Project Managers are forward thinking and begin to manage construction risks to projects at the development application stage in order to frame consents that are workable in the field and reduce construction costs to the client.

During construction, we will manage the program, supervision and superintendence.
